Job Duties Design and manage procurement and construction schedules, initiating value management and value engineering exercises; Direct the cost consultants to prepare, monitor, review and adjust cost plan: Direct the preparation of master programme, control and report progress; Ensure all tender documents are thorough and accurate to minimize variation risk; Direct the procurement of all contracts within budget through a process of prequalification, tendering, evaluation and award to appropriate contractors; Manage and review the material and drawing submissions, and material ordering from contractors; Control expenditure to ensure completion of projects within budget. Lead and coordinate team members in design, construction and statutory process to achieve project goals for company’s project; Coordinate externally with consultants, contractors, ensuring delivery of high quality work with cost and time efficiency; Responsible for supervision of the works on site. Requirements Degree in relevant Engineering discipline; Over 10 years’ experience, preferably in the area of building and fitting out works; MHKIE or other professional bodies equivalent; Good communication and writing skills in English and Chinese; Hands-on PC knowledge.
