Senior Building Services Engineer

Scope

• Management of engineers for routine maintenance and improvement works for company’s properties
• Prepare correspondence and draft communications on Manager’s behalf for Building Services matters
• Initiate and manage upstream schedule for Building Services subcontracts and Building Services designs
• Audit the Building Services subcontractors for validation by project management
• Prepare or revised Building Services budgets based on the project scope

Requirement

• Bachelor or Master degree holder in Building Services Engineering
• Qualified Institution Membership is preferable
• At least 12 years relevant experience
• All-round knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronics as well as plumbing and drainage works
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Knowledge of MS office
