Responsibilities:

  • Provide all rounded office administration, human resources and accounting support to the company
  • Liaise and coordinate with both internal and external parties on HR & Admin related issues
  • Ensure the daily office operations and activities are compliance to company & quality policies and practices
  • Handle payroll and submit returns to labor department
  • Apply work permit for staff
  • Handle petty cash and liaise with Accounting department in data entry
  • Maintain good filing system and other ad hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements

  • University graduate in any discipline
  • With 1-2 years Admin or Accounting/HR experience
  • Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English
  • Familiar with labor laws in Macau and related regulations
  • Well-organized, pro-active and with good and positive working attitude
  • With good communication skills
  • Flexible, helpful and is a good team player
  • Good PC skills (MS word and excel)
  • Immediately available is highly preferred
