職位描述

Scope

  • Develop policies and procedures, ensure their implementation and monitor compliance
  • Oversee internal control procedures
  • Conduct regular internal audits and reviews to assess the compliance of departments, business units and individual employees
  • Perform internal compliance controls over the company’s operations and business activities
  • Co-operate with legal department to handle related enquires from regulatory bodies
  • Ensure all reporting meet with internal and external compliance requirements
  • Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Accounting or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in accounting or auditing environment
  • CPA qualification is required
  • Good managerial skill and strong sense of responsibility to meet the deadline
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and independent with high integrity
  • Well-organized, good team player with the ability to work with parties from different levels
  • Proficient in MS Office, knowledge in computerized accounting system is preferable
  • Fluent in both spoken and written in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
