Job Responsibilities 職位職責:

. Handle customers’ enquiries and customer relation issues (face-to-face / phone / email) at store in a professional and timely manner

. Maintain close guest relationship to create the best customer shopping experience

. Provide training / guidance to colleagues on customer service

. Provide support in cashiering service and sales floor operations if needed

. Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned

. 於店舖內以專業及時的態度處理顧客查詢及顧客關係事宜 (包括面對面 / 電話 / 電郵)

. 與顧客建立良好關係,提供非凡的購物體驗

. 提供顧客服務培訓及指導予店舖同事

. 協助收銀處及貨場的運作

. 其他突發的工作

Job Requirements 職位要求:

. Secondary education or above

. Customer oriented, with good communication and interpersonal skills

. Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese

. Shift duty is required


. 中學程度或以上

. 以客為先,良好溝通及人際關係技巧

. 良好英語及廣東話的聽說讀寫能力

. 需輪班工作
