  • Working with a flexible schedule, engage with the public to make regular donation in different locations (indoor and outdoor)
  • Support monthly donation program, e.g. venue booking, sign-up forms checking
  • Recruit participants and volunteers for the various fundraising and supporters’ activities
  • Handle cold calls and orders follow up for charity sale event including product delivery
  • Organize and implement donation boxes placement and cash collection
  • Handle donor incoming calls and enquires, walk-in reception and process donation transaction
  • Assist in stock taking and inventory management
  • Provide general administrative support to the office



  • Tertiary educated with some sales experience is preferred
  • Outgoing and willing to work outdoor; able to work with a flexible schedule that may be altered on a regular basis to meet the business requirements.
  • Good telephone manner and communications skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Identification with Oxfam’s mission and vision is a must
