Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all duties of front desk operation which includes staff training, inter-department communications and staff scheduling
  • Possess strong communication skills and demonstrate leadership abilities
  • Ensuring maximum guest satisfaction consistent with our hotel standards
  • Maintaining a professional work environment, staff supervision and administrative support
  • Directing and controlling all aspects related to the revenues and operating expenses

 

Requirements:

  • Good command of both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
  • Good organizational and leadership skills
  • With at least 3 year experience in managerial position
