Scope

  • Prepare and manage correspondence, memorandum and e-mails;
  • Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and prepare minutes/reports;
  • Liaise with internal and external contacts;
  • Set up and maintain filing systems and databases;
  • Provide assistance and coordinate with other intra company departments on project and assignments.

Requirement

  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration;
  • 2 years working experience in related field;
  • Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
