- Prepare and manage correspondence, memorandum and e-mails;
- Organize and coordinate meetings, conferences and prepare minutes/reports;
- Liaise with internal and external contacts;
- Set up and maintain filing systems and databases;
- Provide assistance and coordinate with other intra company departments on project and assignments.
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration;
- 2 years working experience in related field;
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing.
