Job Descriptions:
- Develop close customer relationship with regular visits, meetings, and business review
- Online Marketing & Digital Marketing & Warm Calling
- Handle customers' inquiries, follow customers' developments and provide solutions, excavate opportunities
- Assist managers in various kinds of sales-related programs and meet sales targets
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Requirements:
- A degree holder is preferred
- Minimum 1-2 years Gaming / Casino background is preferred
- Good communication skills with the analytical mind
- A self-confident, customer-oriented, outgoing energetic team player with a good learning attitude is preferred
- Experience in customer support is a plus
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
