職位描述

Roles & Responsibilities:
-. To assist the Director of Operation in the office works administrations as to information handlings, filing, keeping coordination with other department and with all internal associates;
-. Prepare material for social security, DSF, Human Resources Office;
-. Prepare the most effective associate rooster and good record keeping and control of annual leaves, overtime, holidays;
-. Maintain an organized filing system, and office setup;
-. Recruit, interview and make offers to new employees according to the company’s manpower planning and the user department’s requisitions;
-. Conduct exit interviews with designated staff;
-. Assist in evaluating different recruitment channels in order to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of staff sourcing and selection process;
-. Ensure the company’s compliance of HR related regulations;
-. Assist in reviewing and developing the existing HR operations.

Requirements:
-. Bachelor or above in Human Resources management, Business administration or related discipline;
-. Minimum 1-2 years solid hands-on HR & Administration experience;
-. Well verse in employment ordinance, scheme ordinance and other relative regulatory practices;
-. Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin;
-. Proficiency in Ms office word, excel, access & chi word processing;
-. Excellent interpersonal skills, strong sense of responsibility, detail-oriented, well organized and self-motivated;
-. Immediate Available is preferable.
