Fundraising Assistant – Macau (2-year contract) [Ref.: FA-M 22/01]

S/He will assist in exploring new fundraising initiatives in Macau, conducting school fundraising activities, partnership events, online campaign and give logistical and admin support to the team.


  • Assist in the design, development and implementation of local fundraising activities of different channels, e.g. school activities and digital fundraising
  • Support monthly donation program, e.g. venue booking, sign-up forms checking, onsite support
  • Recruit participants & volunteers for various fundraising and supporters’ activities
  • Handle cold calls and orders follow up for charity sale event including product delivery
  • Arrange donation boxes placement and cash collection
  • Handle donor incoming calls and enquires, walk-in reception and process donation transaction
  • Provide general office administrative support to the team


  • Degree holder with at least 2 years of working experience in fundraising, marketing, sales, event management or customer service
  • Design and copywriting skills; proficient in photo and multimedia editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Good telephone manner and communication skills, outgoing and like working outdoor
  • Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Right of abode in Macau, able to work under a roster, including working on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays as required
  • Identification with Oxfam’s vision and mission is a must
