  • Lead the sales team, providing training and guidance to ensure sales staff is performing at their best;
  • Collaborate with other departments to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer needs are met;
  • Assist the Assistant General Manager in the overall sales strategy and monitor sales data and trends, making adjustment and improvement as needed;
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the tour industry and competitive landscape;
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and that they receive exceptional customer service;
  • Manage sales budgets and ensure resources are used effectively. This includes setting budgets, tracking expenses, and making adjustment as needed.


  • High school graduate;
  • At least 8 years of work experience in tour sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese, good command of Mandarin speaking Experience managing a sales team, providing guidance and coaching;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skill, with the ability to think creativity.
