Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customers’ concern; investigating the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment actions; following up to ensure resolution
Using your IT/Technology knowledge to suggest and provide user training based on customers needs
Create a collaborative team environment and coach or learn from team members in order to achieve the team/department goals
Contribute to a fun and effective customer service environment
The Requirements:
Previous customer service experience in hospitality/ gaming /airline/retail/tourism etc industries
Must be eligible to work in Macau and able to speak fluent Cantonese and/ or Mandarin
Ability to listen, communicate and interact professionally with customers even in challenging situations
Passionate in creating a premium customer service experience with a positive attitude and strong focus on problem solving
Technologically savvy. Experience with Mac computers is a plus
With good communication skill, Cantonese and Mandarin is a must
