Plan and implement sales and marketing strategies, campaigns and promotional activities to create new sales opportunities

Prepare business and operational analysis, reports and recommendations for management review

Holder of a Macau Resident Identity Card
3 years or above of relevant experience in business development or sales and marketing
A good team player with excellent interpersonal, communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Detail-oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure
Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua & Cantonese)

- Getting familiar with the book-in of inventory (Vehicle / Parts), trade-related purchase / service received, requisitions and disposal of fixed assets, and expenses paid for business unit assigned - Reviewing purchase ledger, sales ledger, normal ledger journals, and payment application of no less than 5 cost centers that conform with accounting standards, internal procedures and LoA - Producing error-free internal management reports and analyzing financial information and summarize financial status - Preparing financial statements and produce budget / forecast according to schedule - Assisting with external and internal audits and tax returns to ensure compliance - Suggesting ways to improve efficiency and spending - Reviewing and recommending modifications to accounting systems and procedures - Supporting the preparation of statutory account and managing other ad hoc projects
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Accountancy - Qualified Accountant will be an advantage - At least 4 years of relevant experience and experience in supervising a small team is an advantage - Effectively handle multiple projects simultaneously in a deadline driven environment - Expect to work closely with functional leaders of the Company - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and work with minimal up-front guidance and take ownership of his/her work product - Organized, accurate and detail-oriented - High proficiency in MS Excel, Chinese typing and experience in Hyperion is preferred - Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
